This is to inform you of how much I appreciated the diligence and determination that Twyla Craven performed in finding me the right house that was in my price range, in a neighborhood that was perfect for me and superior to those that I had previously looked at. She worked attentively to my needs and went far above what I would expect from a realtor. She was thorough in finding the best financing for me and working with me all along the way to make sure the arrangements were made.

 

When it looked like trouble might exist in closing, she took care of it and handled everything so it went smoothly. I was astounded at her perseverance in managing the sale.

 

The quality and professionalism that Twyla Craven provided me, surpassed the realtors I have used in the past.

 

Since then, my grandson wanted to buy a house and, of course, I sent him to Twyla Craven. Again, she proved to be magnificent in her profession. To find a home for a 20 year old man that was affordable, in the part of town that he wanted to live and work with him to make it happen, was amazing. She was there for him throughout the whole purchase.

 

I do feel that Twyla Craven should win the "Realtor of the Year" award. When she represents you, she will not stop until the job is completed and you have the property that best suits you at the best price. Her energy and dedication to what she does best has no bounds.
